Theme 33: The legal life cycle of a technology start-up. Comprehensive coverage of legal issues faced by a tech startup, including choosing an organizational form, employee compensation issues, negotiating real estate leases, protecting intellectual property, raising capital, and the company`s IPO. Additional Prerequisites: Admission to the Master of Business Administration. Theme 37: Financial crisis and restructuring. Examines the commercial and legal issues of corporate financial crises. Includes stress testing, participation in moot courts, and lectures by restructuring and insolvency experts. Theme 38: Energy law: regulation of energy production.
